GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Training
1. Find a studio/trainer and take classes.
2. Pre-Training Course: learn about the method and physically prepare for training.
3. Foundation Course: dive into the method and learn principles and skills needed to teach.
4. Apprenticeship: begin teaching to apply what you’ve learned
5. Apprenticeship Review Course: Continue to learn more details of the level 1 curriculum and ensure you are experienced and equipped for the Final Certificate Course.
6. Final Certificate Course: Learn final details of the level 1 curriculum and have assessment of your understanding of the Level 1 material and your teaching skills
OVERVIEW PROGRAM GYROTONIC® Level 1
198 h subdivided into 4 sequential courses and 60 apprentice teaching hours. In this program students learn to design, and teach a progressive sequence of GYROTONIC® Level 1 exercise classes on the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Combination Unit.
3 months to become a GYROTONIC® Apprentice Trainer
1 year to become a Licensed GYROTONIC® trainer.
OVERVIEW PROGRAM GYROKINESIS® Level 1
138 h subdivided into 4 sequential courses and 30 apprentice teaching hours. In this program students learn to conduct two in-depth Gyrokinesis group class formats and learn to teach with rhythm and flow while cueing tactile the exercises verbally.
3 months to become a GYROKINESIS® Apprentice Trainer
1 year to become a Licensed GYROKINESIS® trainer.
